Correct installation, maintenance and special case handling of hydraulic pipeline

First, the correct installation of hydraulic pipelines

1. The installation of hard pipe pipe should be horizontal and vertical, and should minimize turning and avoid crossing. The radius of the bend should be greater than 3 to 5 times the outer diameter of the tubing.

2. For long pipes, the standard pipe clamp should be firmly fixed to prevent vibration and collision. The distance between pipe clamps should comply with relevant regulations. For pipelines with large vibration, the pipe clamps should be equipped with vibration damping pads.

3.  When connecting pipes to components, secure the connectors of auxiliary components first, and then secure the pipes to avoid twisting. Do not forcibly install the pipes.

Second, the correct use and maintenance, is strictly prohibited to pollute the hydraulic system

1. During routine maintenance, it is strictly forbidden to step on, pull and press the pipeline at will, and it is not allowed to use metal tools to knock the pipeline to prevent mechanical damage.

2. Hydraulic machinery or equipment parked in the open air should be covered with a cloth to prevent dust and rain and snow. After rain and snow, water removal, drying and rust removal should be carried out in time.

3. Often wipe the oil and dust on the surface of the pipeline to prevent corrosion of the pipeline.

4. When adding oil and disassembling components, be sure to strictly control the pollution threshold to prevent debris and water from being brought into the system. In addition, it is necessary to prevent harmful solvents and liquids from being spilled on the catheter.

Iii. Other precautions

1. For pipelines with large changes in oil temperature and ambient temperature on the equipment, the problem of thermal expansion compensation should be fully considered during installation to reduce the impact of thermal stress.

2. In order to ensure the safe work of the pipeline and extend the service life, the rubber pipe in the high temperature area should be insulated and cooled, such as wrapping the insulation layer and introducing heat dissipation air are effective measures.

3. On the premise of meeting the performance requirements of the system, appropriate accumulators or vibration absorbers should be installed in the parts that are easy to produce hydraulic shock, and hydraulic components with buffer devices should be used as far as possible to weaken hydraulic pulsation and prevent hydraulic shock.
